The primary goal of WVHOA is education for board members in our local communities. Up to date information is provided to members regarding pending legislation that could affect the day-to-day operation of their associations. We work with legislators in an attempt to make sure that any new laws pending, or passed, will positively impact the people who live in associations. We hold seven luncheon meetings a year, featuring speakers who are experts in the field of community associations. All meeting topics pertain specifically to homeowner association issues. Meetings are for members only and are held at the Ventana Lakes Yacht Club in Sun City.
If you are interested in becoming a member and would like to check us out before joining, we do allow association representatives to attend one luncheon free as a non-member. Together we can make a difference for all Associations and homeowners.
